Christie Wiggers is the Director of Implementation Services at PSD Citywide and a recognized leader in municipal change and operational modernization. With over 15 years of experience in project and change management, GIS, CMMS/EAMS, and municipal infrastructure asset management, Christie has overseen hundreds of CMMS and EAMS implementations for public sector organizations, many within complex, resource-constrained, and change-resistant environments.
Through her work, Christie has seen firsthand why change initiatives succeed or stall inside municipalities. She specializes in helping organizations move beyond technology adoption to real operational change, aligning people, processes, and systems in ways that are practical, achievable, and sustainable.
